Vietnam

• Work closely with the P&C team and hiring managers to ensurerecruitment needs.
• Hands-on a part of the onboarding process.
• Conduct the 1st round interview with candidates, manage all the hiringprocess in order to make sure everything smoothly.
• Collaborate with the agencies to fulfil the Headcounts received fromP&C team.
• Prepare the employment contract for candidate.
• Negotiate with candidates related to the compensation, then suggestto VP – People & Culture for approval.

Vietnam

• Work closely with the Head of Department in Vietnam to hire suitablecandidates.
• Report directly to HR Manager in Vietnam.
• Roles to close: Backend (Java); Frontend (Reactjs); Business Analyst,Product Manager, QA Engineer

HCMC

- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs.- Responsible for the whole recruitment activities.- Keep the Talent Pool Up to date for future recruitment.- Employer Branding: * Supported the HR team in Tech Expo which GoBear is one of the major sponsors (translated posters, documents or articles from English to Vietnamese.

• Knowledgeable of Recruitment Industry such as IT, marketing andadvertising, finance, accounting.
• Resource candidates from job boards such as Linkedin and Monster,social network sites and any means of the internet as well as populatedatabase build-up and market/talent pool research.
