Data Analyst Cum Manual Tester
Current- Take part in building Data warehouse: Define data factand dimension which match users needs and use data modeling techniques to draw ERD - Extract, transform data and build real-time reportsbased on user requirements and ensure data to be clean and ensure reports to match users need. - Maintain and optimize query of old reports in order toreports to stay stable - Visualize data and guide users to understand dashboardso that people can keep track on their sales and operation reports. - Provide insights through dashboards and reports tosupport Operation team to reach their KPI. Manual Tester: - Analyze technical characteristics of TransportationManagement System (TMS) and evaluate written code to ensure it meets projects specification - Execute test cases (manual and api) and analyzeresults- Support development team to debug and fix bugs(in case bugs in database) - Write guideline of systems. - Guide end-users to use system and collect theirrequirements to improve systems
