Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor Assistant (September 2019 – January 2021)- Make monthly timesheets, payment requests, expense reimbursement for training department.- Coordinate screening process, schedule tests, interviews and make reports.- Guide and help with the work permit process, arrange transportation and accommodation for foreign instructors.- Schedule test dates for pilot students.- Purchase office supplies and training materials; keep track of inventory.Training Executive (April 2017 – September 2019)- Monitor pilot students’ performance onsite and abroad (1500+) and give recommendations for post-holders’ decisions.- Initiate building a dashboard to compile students' information and progress for quicker data extraction.- Plan, execute and host ceremonies for training courses, training department’s events.- Organize field trip for pilot students to observe aircraft in Vietname Airlines Engineering Company (VAECO) quarterly.
