My PhD work focuses on developing roll-to-roll compatible fabrication methods for printed electronic devices, specifically organic Schottky diodes and rectifier circuits.I have experience with:- Materials characterization (SEM, FIB, Cross-section sample prep, AFM)- Microelectronics fabrication (Photolithography, Dry etching, Profilometry, Nanoimprint lithography)- Semiconductor device testing (Probe station I-V measurements, SMUs, Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, AC measurements)- Solution processing (Inkjet printing)
