- Manage all activities related to HR services for the Corporate restructuring plan including: organization restructure & strategic planning of manpower, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations and internal activities, ...- Build and execute procedures, guidelines and policies for the smoothly company's operations.- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to the business strategy.- Consultant to BOD and HOD on HR matters.- Manage full cycle of recruitment and selection together.- Develop and implement KPI to all departments aligned the yearly business aim.- Manage QA works and IT Helpdesk works.

- Coordinate with related departments to implement recruitment, training programs and internal communication.- Develop, manage, and promote salary and bonus plans, remuneration and benefits for employees.- Report and propose to the Board of Directors to solve problems in the field of human resources in the company.- Perform other related tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
