1. HRBP+ Receiving recruitment request from clients+ Qualifying candidates by screening CV and phone interviewing.+ Making round1 interview with qualified candidate.+ Creating, Editing and Sending Offer Letters and Onboarding Documents to Selected Candidates.Make sure receiving hard copies before onboarding.+ Following status of headcount and contract2. HR & Admin Officer:+ Managing company staff database (over 2500 staff).+ Following daily working status of all staff and prepare/finalize Monthly HR Report.+ Checking and collecting all hard copies of staff's credentials+ Providing staff information/list and report to other related departments if necessary+ Supporting to build HR System in terms of staff database+ Working with IT department to manage staff's group emails based on positions and areas.+ Supporting other departments on any HR matter3. Internal Communications+ Content writing for company's Fanpage+ Composing script and be charge of streamer for livestream program weekly on Company's Fanpage+ Connecting to universities to build company's brand and contact to potential candidates

- Receiving and analyzing purchase orders from Salesman.- Directly working with Suppliers to get quotation (via email, phone call,..)- Choosing the best Supplier by comparing Price, Quality and Delivery Time.- Processing purchase order and checking to make sure all related documents are available (e.g: CO,CQ, Warranty,..).

- Draft and build Software Service Agreement and Addendum for Software Project (typical project: ITAgreement Service for Distribution Management System for Abbott VietNam).- Manage and upload Agreements to Investment Management System- Support to organize events and meetings (building event checklist, dealing with hotel for eventpreparation, MC for project meeting,..).

I used to work in the field of international relations at International Relations Office as a collaborator at University of Economics and Law, which offered me opportunity to enhance communication and usefully administrative skills. Additionally, I also practice time management effectively because I had to balance tasks both in my class and office
