I am a member of the Performing Arts faculty, delivering Level 3 Performing & Production Arts (UAL). In 2019 I was asked to bring stability to the course, and in 2021 I was invited to redesign, manage and co-deliver the whole programme. I guided over 40 16–19-year-olds through the qualification, with 100% passing, and 25% achieving Distinction grades.

Together Diverse City and Cirque Bijou are Extraordinary Bodies, the UK's first fully integrated circus performance company. Their first production WEIGHTING toured the UK in 2015 and I managed the community development element of the project: SINGS, LEADS and PLAYS.

I produced over twenty projects with a broad range of partners including local community organisations, theatre producers across Bristol including Bristol Old Vic & Tobacco Factory Theatres, and other youth arts agencies. I also developed close relationships with the majority of Bristol's 100 schools.I oversaw significant change within the working culture of Travelling Light, significantly increasing the profile of the company's participatory activity which as a result increased turnover by over 10% (around £35,000) pa. As Artistic Director of PQTC, I created and realised a vision to promote opportunities for young, new and emerging artists within Somerset and Dorset, through a number of successful, and high quality theatre and film projects. PQTC ran as a non-professional company from 1999-2002 under my leadership, which included three successive productions at the Edinburgh Fringe.
