MRP & MRO Purchasing.Responsible for both direct & indirect materials.MRP Role:- Placing orders and being the main contact for a certain group of suppliers- Support the purchasing process for production- Working closely with strategic purchasing on pricing and availability of key components- Maintaining all relevant items and master data and reconciling supplier delivery dates and information in the ERP system- SAP/MS Office- Cooperation with the logistics team for all freight aspects- Allocating stock to various operations center based on forecasts- Processing invoices and other documents related to the ordering process- Engage with various suppliers internal and external- Provide regular information for supply delivery, inventory and availability- Pro actively push or pull orders depending on inventory volume and demand forecastMRO Role:- Handle all maintenance, repair, operation activities for full range of the factory: + Production (for electronics/medical industrial): all kinds of machines, devices, tools, spare parts, services, ... + Facility: construction, HVAC, fire fighting, air system, precision mechanical fabrication,... + Admin: IT device, canteen device,... - Sourcing global & local for specific product categories, machines, spare parts, distributors, services.- Vendors relationship/ vendors management.- Work closely with operations representatives to determine best items, suppliers, and prices to purchase in support of company goals.- Bidding for specific projects.- Capex/Project Management.- Strong problem solving skills.
