Working with GHX Support to maintain client applications Monitoring systems to ensure all applications are working as designed, as well as troubleshooting issues reported by clients. Utilizing my knowledge of EDI to resolve any issues, and ensure all transactions flow through the exchange as they should.Training clients, and other GHX employees on GHX offered applications so that they are used to their full potential, and that issues can be resolved in a timely fashion.

Monitoring transnational flows of data through the exchange. Reviewing EDI to ensure proper values are sent, as well as making sure all set-ups are correct within the exchange so that no transaction fail, duplicated or are lost.
