- Responsible for the plan, schedule of the data annotator teams (8-24 members)- Mainly work with Project Leader and Data QC to understand the project information and assign tasks for members.- Training, taking care and making sure all team members understand clearly project requirements and being proficiency working with the tools.- Making sure all team members follow the deadline.- Making project daily reports per project’s requirements.- Recognizes and acknowledges the contributions of team members, motivate members to work well.- Understand requirements of data analysis, business process descriptions and workflow analysis.- Other tasks assigned by the BOD.

vsource is a talent acquisition platform combining smart technology with human intuition and recruiting experience.Primary objective: assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and support them in building their internal data banks.- Being a leading member of a team working for clients Amazon, Genentech, Scede- Sourcing ideal candidates for different positions, especially senior levels in fields of Softwaredevelopment, Games, Energy, Biotechnology, pharmaceuticals...- Analyse job description, write job brief and assign to team-mates.- Working directly with Client Service Manager (CSM) if there are any questions, wondersfrom members in my team or clients.- Searching & short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, socialnetworking sites: Linkedin, Indeed, Monster...- Support HR Department with searching, short-listing , interviewing and training newcomersfor the company.- Project management: help to build Scede’s database (clean up and update candidates’information) – estimate, assign, weekly report to CSM.
