Led multiple areas to help grow the ARR from $120mm to $730mm in the 3 years during my time.Some of these areas included-Product Management teams for Identity, User Administration/Enterprise(Active Directory,SCIM, Eventing) Identity(SSO,SAML,AuthN), Integrations for new platforms, product integrations for Webex, Salesforce etc. Also defining and implementing Tier 0 services constructs for my areas (low latency, high concurrency, low throttling, scaling).- Defining and launching new businesses from scratch including Smartsheet Gov, 0 to multiple million $ ARR business, getting US Army, Dept of Defense, NASA as customers.-Overall product vision and strategy, product and technology direction- Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) including $155mm acquisition of Brandfolder, Incubating, sponsoring, building new businesses and technologies including Smartsheet on Oculus (AR/VR), document analysis/extraction etc.- product analysis services with BI and data science, strategic alliances, marketplace monetization, business operations etc.

Conceptualized and led multiple brand new line of businesses, designed and ramped up scale & concurrency, led product capabilities for computing including virtual machines, scale sets, API models, cloud infrastructure, host security, control plane analytics, drove key partnership with customers (big and startups). Also Drove the Analysis, Experimentation and Data platform team.

Conceptualized and shipped the multi-cloud management solution System Center App Controller, virtual networking in Azure/private cloud, driving strategic relationship with top fortune 100 customers.

Wrote lot of code(Assembly, C++, Managed code). Developed hardware-assisted simulation, pre-silicon validation, graphics device drivers, chipset drivers, ACPI, Power mgmt, functionality in BIOS. • SDE in chipset division with specialization in creating new technologies for validation and verification of chipsets and graphics device drivers. • Created frameworks for hardware simulation before silicon fabrication. • Shipped Intel 945 and 965 chipsets.
