As a Bud Light Brand Ambassador I managed the semester budget, weekly activations, customer interactions and data collection.I additionally held multiple student jobs with the University of Alabama. I worked for the University of Alabama in the Student Recreation department as an intramural referee, before I was promoted to Competitive Sports Supervisor. In the Competitive Sports Supervisor role I was responsible for referee training, managing multiple referees, providing rule clarification, and customer service. I also worked as Support Staff at University Recreation supporting customers and management with equipment requests and customer service. Lastly I served as Conference Coordinator/Info Desk at the Ferguson Center Student Union. In the Conference Coordinator position, I managed the set up and take down of events, provided customer service, and assisted University leadership and staff with special requests and events.
