I am a driving force in finding and fixing areas for improvement; it is in my nature to think “this can be easier”, “this can be more comprehensive”, “this can be more cost effective”, and more importantly, to figure out how to do it. Teaching and leadership come very naturally to me, and I fit easily into managerial roles. I am very good at working with people and framing high level concepts and jargon in ways that make sense, especially to regular, non-industry human beings.
