In my time at Klaviyo, I was introduced to the inner workings of a rapidly-growing tech startup. Most notably, my customer-facing role granted me the opportunities to hone my communication skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Additionally, I also completed a project where I created a visual aid for onboarding Product Experts in the future to teach them about Klaviyo's available resources and to provide a troubleshooting framework that was ultimately tested and proven to increase productivity.
