As part of MASSPIRG, I was involved in multiple facets organizational management, including project coordination, incentive protocol implementation, interorganizational negotiations, and providing strategy consulting services.

In my time at Klaviyo, I was introduced to the inner workings of a rapidly-growing tech startup. Most notably, my customer-facing role granted me the opportunities to hone my communication skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Additionally, I also completed a project where I created a visual aid for onboarding Product Experts in the future to teach them about Klaviyo's available resources and to provide a troubleshooting framework that was ultimately tested and proven to increase productivity.

Primary responsibilities include observing the behavior of up to 30 guests and preventing any dangerous or otherwise risky behavior. Constant preparedness to provide first-aid and clearly communicating rules to angry guests were the most common application of my skills.

I worked in a fast paced environment where I learned new skills on the fly in addition to managing multiple orders at the same time. I also gained experience in conflict resolution due to the high-pressure environment and differing workflows of my coworkers.
