- Responsible of securing package deliveries each package was registered in the system so resident is made aware of.- First confirm with resident before anyone goes up to the unit to prevent any unwanted visitors.- Attend to any general requests from residents and callers, providing accurate information and assistance.- Required to ID every visitor at the front entrance of the building. - Patrolling inside and around property ensuring everything is in its place and nothing is damaged.- Respond to any fire alarm alert from residents’ apartment or any alarm within the building to alert the residents for any immediate evacuation.

- Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.- Sanitized and cleaned all dining tables as well as kitchen floor after every meal therefore the dining hall is ready for the next meal.- Operated all dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.- Consistently stock all kitchen silverware throughout the day to ensure sufficient plates and utensils.- Assisted the chef in the kitchen with any task needed, for instance peeling vegetables or portioning fruits.- Disposed of trash properly, ensuring trash bins are emptied regularly.
