Run day to day operations consisting of all administrative and clerical duties, invoicing and accounts receivables, payroll, communication with clients and vendors, scheduling of multiple simultaneous jobs, and employee management, development, and supervision. Part of my responsibilities are to locate, procure, and arrange freight pickup and delivery of local, national, and international materials needed for our high end residential jobs. I am accountable for overseeing, coordinating, and communicating with our employees which has grown from five to twenty-five. I have created and maintain a weekly safety program for our employees to educate them about unsafe practices giving them the knowledge and guidance for reducing injury and maintaining safe work environments. My duties also consist of creating budgets and reports to ensure our jobs and overall business run effectively and efficiently and the growth and sales continue to increase each year as it has for the last 16 years turning the company into a multimillion dollar firm.

Provide assistance to the company owner and perform clerical duties such as answering phones, faxing, filing and organizing job files. My duties also consisted of preparing and submitting documents such as invoices, letters, budgets, and contracts to our clients.
