In charge of basic shop duties such as: building processing racks, packing trucks, building stage and PA packages for shows, light testing and repairing of audio equipment, and hands on training of other employees. I was also in charge of the main stage patching during the Pilgrimage festival in Franklin, TN for two years working hands on with touring acts as well as local crews.

My experience spanned live performances at venues varying in size from small clubs to major stadiums, network television appearances, video shoots, and award shows. Daily responsibilities included load in/out, overseeing local stage crews, and management of opening acts and stage production. I set up and operated audio console utilized for each performance, mixed individual/personalized mixes for each band member and managed software for multiple RF/wireless systems. I was also responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems used on tour. During my time on the road, I designed and operated audio over IP system that was used for live audio recording. We averaged 100-150 per year across the USA and Canada.

Lead cashier in charge of managing fellow cashiers, cleaning and maintenance of the cashier area, as well as displaying and merchandising of products for the front of the store. I handled all cash in / cash out for all cashiers during shift changes, as well as minor disciplinary issues with the cashiers. On top of managing the cashiers themselves, I was the main contact for customers with customer service questions both on the phone and in person. When I was not on shifts for team leader, I was often used in different areas around the store maintaining sections, merchandising, and fielding customer questions on the floor.
