Research Non-Mortgage credit inquiries via E-Oscar· Perform monthly SCRA audit of eligible accounts· Maintain correspondence inbox and daily fax· Research, resolve and respond to customer inquiries in writing· Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.· Monthly monitoring of various reports· Receive and process payments · Perform account system maintenance and process conversions

•Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested•Order appraisals, 4506 and credit supplements •Assign loan files to Underwriter for conditional approval•Perform verbal verifications of employment •Verify loan documents including income, credit, appraisal and title for accuracy and completeness•Communication effectively with brokers, processors and account executives for any missing documents or corrections needed•Perform final file review before submitting to closing processor•Input time cards for final approval•Request log-in and system access for new hires and contractors•Order service and facility requests for the wholesale department•Research, resolve and respond to customer inquiries in writing•Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.•Assist in the mortgage department with special projects and data entry•Perform general clerical duties such as: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.•Use electronic filing system to pull and print documents

•Collecting delinquent auto loan accounts from 0-100 + days past due by locating and contacting borrowers •Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers on delinquent accounts•Offer suggestions as to how they can meet obligations and propose alternative methods •Follow procedures and practices as well as all state and federal regulations including all requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act •Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers such as promises to pay, electronic check payments or money orders as requested by the borrower.•Assist borrowers who attempt to voluntarily surrender their vehicle to keep their vehicle while maintaining loan arrangements. •Use negotiation, problem solving, and probing skills in a professional manner•Meet or exceed production metrics as directed by management; which are measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
