In this role, I am responsible for providing quality, knowledgeable and polite service to all JBHIFI customers. This entails using effective communication techniques, both face-to-face and over the phone, to qualify the customer's needs beyond their initial search criteria, as to provide them with a complete solution to their technological problem. Furthermore, I work well with my colleagues to; maintain store appearance and moral, team sell; utilising a combination of each team member's expertise to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and maintain both customer and team member safety. I am also required to keep up-to-date with the latest technology and media.

This internship position was located on stage 1A of the WestConnex project. During my time there, I worked with both the construction and design teams primarily at the SMC Burwood office. As a construction based internship I spent a lot of time on-site, participating in regular observatory walks and occasional triparty/pre-commissioning walks. I also participated in SMC/CSJ meetings and professional discussions. This internship exposed me to a project management engineering role, an area of engineering not commonly focused on in university. As such during my time there, my tasks focused largely on progress management and quality control. My primary task was the regular assessment of, and report submission relating to, the construction progress of the Concord on and off ramps. Safety was also a large focus of this internship and I was tasked with accessing on-site safety and reporting any unsafe activity that was noted. I was also expected to maintain high levels of safety myself. To achieve this, I attended multiple safety inductions and completed my white card training. In completing this internship I have discovered an interest in safety both on-site and within design.

Senior coach at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Youth Club working with children 4-18yrs. Entails running and planning classes, managing and directing the actions of junior coaches, reporting issues and details to the head coach and club committee. Also involves working with and controlling children in a way that is both safe and enjoyable for them. Some classes also included working with children with disabilities and hence managing their behaviour and involvement with other children.

Self-employed high school HSC physics, geography and maths as well as junior maths and science.

Junior gymnastics coach working with children aged 5-15yrs. Entailed teaching children new skills and improving on old ones under the direction of senior and head coaches. Also required reporting issues and other information to club committee directors. Some classes also included working with children with disabilities and hence managing their behaviour and involvement with other children.
