I have a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Sport and Performance Psychology. I've had personal successes performing under pressure as a golfer at the collegiate level, a freestyle skier at the national level and a professional cook in fine dining. I have experience coaching at the university level and recently assisted research on ADHD and exercise. I now work as a mental performance consultant under the guidance of an AASP (Association for Applied Sport Psychology) licensed mentor. While I have had some rewarding successes, there have been plenty of times when I have failed, burnt out, lost motivation or could have asked for more help.
