In this contract with TVA Nuclear, I am the liaison between parties and maintain open lines of communication with all key stakeholders. I also design and update business plans with an emphasis on performance improvement, as well as create project controls. Because there was none in place, I introduced a work order process and optimized the complete planning process for the company. I also spearheaded the digitalization of paper-driven processes, augmenting the organization's workflow efficiency significantly.
