I am currently involved with the American Marketing Association on PLNU's campus and have been since the start of the Fall term of 2022. We have been working with our client, RIP Medical Debt to help alleviate $500,000 worth of medical debt by raising $5,000, due to the fact that they raise each dollar of our donation by $100. We came up with the idea to post a couple of tables in front of the cafeteria and give students the option to send a letter home to their family to show them their love before the holiday season with a donation of $5 to RIP Medical Debt which was the biggest triumph of last term. We are now going onto our next drive of building up $5,000 or more (we are around $4,000 as of now) this term.

I am currently interning at San Diego Magazine. I have been involved with tasks such as geofencing advertisements, copywriting, organizing client/ prospective client lists, reaching out to potential clients, and soon going to be volunteering at San Diego Magazine hosted events, such as the Cocktail Kickoff; the pre-party in honor of San Diego Legion's first Rugby game of the season! Although I have just started a month ago, I have already done much more than I thought I would and extremely enjoy working for San Diego Magazine. I hope, and know, that I will be learning more to further my marketing knowledge and general work experience within a team setting.
