This job is similar to my previous job duties with TAC Air and Signature Aviation as an Air Concierge but with more added duties. I worked with and helped other team members using ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, lavatories, and ground power units. This required a high level of focus and attention to accuracy and safety. I would work with customers to load fuel into their aircraft. This position expanded my position with Signature Aviation and my previous TAC Air job duties.

This job was a transfer of my job duties with previous TAC Air during the acquisition by Signature Aviation. I provided accurate fuel numbers for team members to fulfill as well as worked directly with customers to help them meet their needs at our fixed-based operator (FBO). I was responsible for keeping our ramp organized and in neat order. This required parking aircraft in appropriate parking areas. During these job tasks, I also helped manage the itineraries of our customers by delivering rental cars and other various items plane side. Another task that I and my team members worked to fulfill was loading luggage for high-profile people and executives. This required always being professional, respectful, and act with safety in mind around aircraft, etc.
