I was recruited by Ramler International as a Senior Project Manager in Queensland. Since joining I have been working on the project management of the Brisbane Marriot Hotel Refurbishment. I have been charged with all aspects of the project to include from inception to the delivery of 267 rooms of bespoke joinery installation. Since Completing the Marriot I moved on to deliver 178 rooms of New Build for Veriu Green Apartments in Sydney followed by 113 room of refurbishment of the Crossley Hotel in Melbourne.The role includes the management of initial drawings and specification, joinery design for installation, production of mock-ups rooms, visits to our China manufacturing partners, contractual negotiations, financial management, logistics management, site management and the ultimate delivery of the project to the clients satisfaction.

Successfully rolled out numerous new operating process's after which I was re-assigned as a Snr. Project Manager, tasked with the delivery of multi-million dollar joinery packages across a a number of Teir 1 construction companies.

Joined Rumaillah Services in June 2010 as Operations Manager, was given the task of completely restructuring day to day operations and closing out projects dating back to 2008. After 4 months I took over the role of the Contracts Manager hence the dual title of Operations/Contracts Manager.
