I teach Hatha yoga with an emphasis on mindful embodiment and self-inquiry. I have been practicing since 2000, and teaching since 2005. I am an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, holding certifications from Kripalu, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and ParaYoga. I am also part of the Phoenix Rising training faculty. My current teacher is Yogarupa Rod Stryker, founder of ParaYoga, a modern synthesis of yoga, ayurveda and tantra rooted in timeless tradition. My classes offer simple but precise sequencing that integrates breath and skillful use of the mind. I also work with individuals, offering personal guidance as well as therapeutically-oriented practices.
