My primary role at Mindshare was assisting with several client and SOX Audits. I was responsible for gathering information and paperwork from various sources, making sure to understand everything, so that I could answer any questions which the auditors had.Whilst at Mindshare I carried out several projects. These included updating the lists of who had access to the client folders, and collating a report on the Late Bookings in the previous month, searching for improvements that could be made.I also filled in for the Treasurer whilst they were on annual leave. This involved downloading the daily bank transactions, ensuring they matched Mindshare's records, and updating and distributing the daily cash sheets.

I was responsible for managing the client queries spreadsheet. This involved ensuring there were no duplicates, removing closed queries, adding new queries, and making sure that each query had all the appropriate information, so the correct information was available to the people who needed it. I also ensured that the online, local and paper records all matched. I was responsible for making sure that all paperwork for several teams was up to date, organised and filed away properly. Whilst at Finance Plus, the office was doubled in size and occupancy. I helped the office manager to set up the new parts of the office, setting up hardware, and putting together introductory booklets for new employees.
