The position covers all areas of the Sour H2S Onshore Oil & Gas Processing Facility across Project Completion, Commissioning, Startup and Operation to ensure Asset Integrity, Operation, Reliability & Availability to ensure that facilities and systems are fully complete for handover to the operate phase. This involves the application of OR&A standards and the OR&A plans to support the project through its execution phase, start-up and hand over to the Integrated Production Organisation (IPO) with focus on assurance and verification of operational readiness and the underlying project & OR&A deliverables. Responsible for carrying out Due Diligence exercise on Organisation, Land Assets, Regulatory Compliance, Operational issues for transfer of Site Authority from Projects to Operations. The role also involves site reviews / inspection trips to the Offshore D-Island Facilities and coordination of Integrated Activity Planning.

Responsible for all Field Production Operations and Facilities in Wintershall Libya in Desert Concessions for Oil, Gas and Condensate processing, EOR - Gaslift and Water Injection - covering 6 Plants, plus multiple satellite areas and well sites. Responsible for a group total of 92 staff, with 13 Superintendant/Engineer direct reports, others being Plant Shift Leader and Plant Operators at the production operations level. Ensure that actions in the companies HSE plan are completed as per plan and progress reported. Monitor all emissions, effluents and discharges to control and where possible reduce/minimise the environmental impact.- Staff performanceImplement Nationalisation Plan - Training, Coaching and Development of production/technical staff to achieve competence targets, enabling staff to perform to their potential and monitor progress. - Business IntegrityPlan and execute all production operation activities on a “right first-time” basis. Ensure asset integrity of facilities and identify areas of concern / improvements. Ensure that activities are executed in adherence to operational procedures and identify improvements to current procedures / develop additional procedures.- ProfitabilityExecute the production operations according to Capital, Operating & Maintenance Budgets. Monitor production levels on a daily basis and take action to ensure that monthly targets are met.- Investment & Growth. Provide support to projects being executed in the field such that they can be completed as per plan.
