Along with a team of 8 area managers across 3 sites - Contractor management, capacity planning, performance improvement, and account management to 25+ individual companies that deliver 150,000+ packages per day in the greater Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, and Norfolk-Chesapeake-Va Beach areas.

- Serve as assistant site lead to a building in Charlotte, NC that delivers 45-50k packages per day employing appx. 350 part time Amazonians and numerous independent contractors.- Assist with management of two satelitte sites that deliver 6k packages per day to the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area.- Handle all procurement needs for the building.- Assist with planning of volume and labor needs.- Safety and Security P.O.C. - Handle daily and weekly business reviews in the absence of site lead.- Cover overnight sort operation as needed in absence of area managers. - Invited to participate in 2018 AMZL Standard Work Summit over a two week period with 31 other internal logistics managers from across the globe.

Responsibilities include managing all operations of men’s, kids, shoes, and women’s accessories departments. This includes not only selling floor operations but also merchandise sets, replenishment, signing, visuals, as well as staffing and HR relations.

- Manage all operations of the selling floor of a store that did 18 million dollars in revenue in 2014 (7 percent comp.)- Meet or exceed all company standards for sales, customer survey results, and credit card acquisition. - Oversee all departments by leading a team of 6 supervisors and ~100 associates.- Work directly with Merchandising manager to ensure merchandising standards and floor sets are met according to core standards.- Work directly with HR manager to ensure staffing needs are met and training is completed/up to date.-Execute day to day operations through direction of Store Manager.

Supervise 50+ team members including three team leaders to effectively oversee the following processes for a $16 million dollar store:- Replenishment (truck unload and stocking)- Backroom management- Store upkeep through facilities technician and outside vendors- Price Accuracy- Product presentation and resetsAlso served as building manager for 20-25 hours per week.

Supervise 50+ team members for 4 departments which include front end check out, guest service desk, Target Café, & Starbucks for a store that had $45 million in revenue in 2013. Also serve as building manager for 20-25 hours per week which includes opening and closing of the store.

On a team of six that managed the 3PL responsible for A&F's distribution operations abroad to ensure their compliance through SOPs, SLAs, and other work instructions. This includes trouble shooting inventory issues, ensuring all store floorset timing was met or exceeded, data analysis, creating work instructions, and managing consumable supply levels.
