Growing up, I would dismantle my toys/games to attempt to better understand how and why they worked. I would then rebuild them to full functionality. I succeeded at some and lost others.Starting my career in Claims seemed i like a mismatch at first given my Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science (Pre-Law). However, I immediately recognized the opportunities it presented, to learn, to investigate, and to problem solve. I was privileged to harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity.The most important lesson I have learned over twenty one years of claims experience is how to treat people the right way.
