I was initially hired out of college as an Investor Services Representative but was quickly promoted to Team Lead. As a team lead, I trained all new employees to assure all contact with shareholders met the 95% call quality threshold established by ALPS. I was also tasked with being the lead for two of our larger/higher profile fund families: the DGI Funds.
