I work with a team of residential appraisers to value all ~198,000 residential properties in Arapahoe County, CO. Residential properties include detached single family homes, townhomes, duplex/triplex, condominiums, mixed-use, and apartment complexes. The valuation process required the collection of all pertinent data (size, style, quality, finishes, etc.) and the analysis of all sales during each two-year revaluation period. With the use of multiple regression analysis, sales-ratio analysis, and time-trending, data models were created in order to complete the mass appraisal process. In 2017 alone, our work generated approximately $76,999,500,000 in actual value in residential properties.

I was initially hired out of college as an Investor Services Representative but was quickly promoted to Team Lead. As a team lead, I trained all new employees to assure all contact with shareholders met the 95% call quality threshold established by ALPS. I was also tasked with being the lead for two of our larger/higher profile fund families: the DGI Funds and the Heartland Funds. As the lead, I was the main point of contact for shareholders and for the representatives of each company. In the end, knowledge of the 40+ fund families was my first-and-foremost responsibility.

As a sales associate, it was always my goal to provide the best customer service possible but to also find the right product for each individual to walk into our store. I started in consumer electronics and was given the lead role within three months. As the lead associate, I oversaw a turnaround in the department that took us from the 23rd best electronics department in our region (out of 30 total stores) to 1st overall in the first month as the lead. Over the next three years, our department never fell out of the top 15 in our region. I also exceeded my monthly/yearly sales goals with at least 110% sales per hour each year and was the only electronics associate to be positive in Protection Agreement parity at the end of each calendar year.
