I am currently managing the Farm Store of the Yakima Cooperative. We are located near downtown Yakima, WA. Our facility has a retail sales floor for our items as well as a retail and product back stock warehouse. In addition, we have an outside yard for extra displays and storage of our inventory. We handle multiple products ranging from animal feeds, fencing, grass seed, fertilizers, herbicides, sprayers, fuel tanks, fuel pumps, and fuel supplies just to name our bigger categories. During my time here I have done the following:-Customer Service -Scheduling employees ranging from 6 to 8 personnel-Inventory Management-Price Adjustments-Safety Meetings-Forklift Operations-Forklift Certifications-Propane Dispensing-Product DeliveriesI am also working on a Class B CDL with HAZMAT certifications and I look to have that completed by this winter of 2018.

I learned the business practices of our Farm Store as well as gained knowledge of our inventory and assisted customers with product questions. I even spent some time dispatching our fuel trucks for customer call ins.
