Broad focused in house counsel, dealing with drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, various legal documents, oversight of outside counsel, and supervision of the land legal department.

Order and review all drilling title and Division Order Title Opinions for all wells in the Appalachian Basin (PA and OH). Manage the title department staff, while giving guidance to the field land agents regarding legal matters and curative. Provide legal opinions, drafting, and analysis for the Land Department.

Began as an Independent Contractor Abstractor, running drilling and acquisition title in various counties throughout the Ohio Utica Shale play. Was promoted to an office based Title Analyst position, where I reviewed all of the title that was submitted by abstractors, and approved leases for payment, as well as organizing the title requests and payments made.
