I have six years of clinical experience and two and a half years in client support management for diagnostic genomics laboratories. In my time with Centogene, I exceeded my goals through team collaboration, technical knowledge of laboratory testing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Centogene has further challenged me to independently reconstruct the customer-service workflow and policies for the best of our customers. I patched many holes in Centogene's clerical system through diagnosis, team review, and independent implementation. At Invitae I was quickly promoted to Medical Billing Specialist and have been working diligently with them in our transition to Labcorp Genetics alongside our mission to bring comprehensive genetic information into mainstream medicine.
