My career has been based on all things Entertainment & Theatre. Starting as an entertainer on the holiday park circuit at the age of 16 i developed a love for the industry. Whilst I did love performing I chose to make a career in the behind the scenes side of the industry, training in Stage, Production & Company management. I have founded Scream Entertainment LTD - A company with the ambition in becoming a leader in immersive entertainment and events. Working with other experienced industry professionals to create thrilling, fun and exciting themed attractions and entertainment. I have also Founded Nick Doherty Productions LTD - A theatrical production company working on creating new theatrical work. We strive at working with IP based content creating theatrical pieces for all ages. From small scale touring theatre and entertainment through to large musicals & Plays. Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of managing people at all levels in the industry, working closely with Producers & key stakeholders as well as performers and technical staff at a variety of venues on many different projects, including a variety of mid-scale & high-profile Events, Stage productions and TV programs. I am also lucky that throughout my career I have developed skills in many areas of the entertainment industry including, Puppetry, Character work, Immersive events, Technical lighting & sound as well as set construction.I take pride in the fact I worked my way up through the ranks and I have never forgotten what it felt like performing on stage or working alongside some incredible talents creating pieces of work that have been enjoyed by 1000’s people.
