I currently work in the service administration department for Terberg DTS. My role involves assisting the service department with administrative support. Going through all finished jobs ensuring they have been closed down correctly and all costs on the jobs are correct. Ensuring any relevant jobs are sent to warranty and raising proforma invoices for any chargeable work. I also prepare quotations for customers and arrange for the work to be carried out.

I was a regional controller for the South Region. Looking after approx 300 vehicles in the area and managing a team of engineers workloads ensuring vehicles are kept off the road as little as possible. Also ensuring vehicles are kept up to date with their service schedule. To make sure they remain compliant.

I currently work at Terberg DTS as part of the service department. I worked the night shift covering the phones and processing any breakdowns or queries customers may have. Ensuring Terberg offer a 24/7 service to its clients. I also complete admin tasks where required, e.g raising invoices, raising proformas, reviewing all jobs to avoid any queries with customers.

I worked in the Rapid Response department. Working various shift patterns (Days/Nights). Answering calls from customers who have broken down at the side of the road. Customers included: Royal Mail, DHL, YODEL, Northgate and various other customers. The department also had government contracts such as Highways England. Where we would arrange broken down or damaged vehicles to be recovered from the Motorway network to a safe location. Also various Police Forces such as: Lancashire, Cumbria, North Wales, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Police Scotland. Using the ELVIS system to log new recoveries for the Police forces.

I was Hire Controller at Opti-Cal's Wakefield depot. My duties involved:. Answering the phone to customers and internal personnel. Putting kit together for new sales / hires, inputting new hires / sales on our system.. Assisting the Account Managers with new sales / hires by processing them through our system and getting kit together for them. . Booking in new repairs from customers onto our system.. Handling the petty cash for the depot. I am the authorised person to collect cash on behalf of the company.. Handling invoice queries from customers, raising credits etc. Planning the delivery routes for the drivers. Moving stock in and out of our depot using our courier service. Occasionally going out on deliveries / collections.

Advising customers on building, drainage and plumbing products. Placing new and amending orders on the system.

Processing purchase invoices from individual branches and liaising with suppliers. Making sure invoices and purchase orders matched.

Typing up hand written reports from the surveyors so they can be distributed to the customers.
