- Primary responsibility to review and process hardware requests for the Enterprise.- Assist teammates with daily duties and serve as backfill for stockroom employees.- Obtain and create custom quotes.- Assist users with questions on order submittal, process and workflow.- Serve as primary escalation point of contact for order and approval issues.- May assist with training documentation, training of new employees and assisting with onboarding for new hires within our area.- Completes returns, as needed for end users and works with vendors on any issues that arise.- Assist with general questions from end users and IT technicians.- Prepare reports from a variety system as needed.
