•Lead the student life office, including two assistant deans, director of residential life, and director of student activities, meeting regularly to review student behavior and student life initiatives•Organize and lead student behavior management, restorative practices, and the formal discipline process•Oversee and evaluate school culture, working with administrators, health services, faculty, and students to ensure thoughtful, well-coordinated, and integrated educational experiences for students and the greater community, including all-school meetings•Develop and lead the advisory program, oversee various student leadership programs, and train the Student Leaders•Serve as a senior administrator, facilitating the daily operation of the school, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating with the Board of Trustees

•Design and lead training, coaching, and keynotes for youth and adults to develop moral masculinity, principled leadership, and better culture•Manage all business activity for GoodMenders LLC, including finances, media, marketing, sales, and creation•Write relevant articles for publication•Use a minimum of 15% of profits to support the most effective charities

• Became Leadership Director in 2022. Previously served as Program Director, Leader Corps Director, Division Head, and Leader since joining the staff in 2008 (Senior Staff since 2012)• Oversee the entire Belknap leadership, including the training of 6 division heads, 6 assistant division heads, ~25 leaders, and ~18-20 leaders in training. • Design and implement staff training and leadership development and facilitate the feedback and evaluation process• Collaborate with the camp directors and the board for daily and strategic decision-making; help navigate sensitive camper and family conversations• Supervise the Senior Recognition process, helping to identify senior campers with trainable leadership qualities
