I have been in the Management industry for over several years as a Carpenter and Builder. I have always loved the construction side of what I do but also had a passion for logistics and administration since I left school at the age of 16. In 2010 I decided to change direction and opened up a courier service business called Balfour Beatty plc (formerly NICEIC) to help me gain more knowledge and experience. With no previous employment history I would still like to be part of an organisation who would allow me to grow and learn in the same way
