I assist the Project Manager in scheduling and coordinating activities on the project to help ensure progress, along with advising the PM of potential delays or problems that arise. Some of the day to day activities that I partake in are completing is material requests, labor productivity reports, applications for payment, submittals, and project scope reviews. Doing this helps me create special reports for my supervisor and allows us to see how we are matching up with our schedule of completion against our overall budget for that percent complete with the project to complete FAC reports.

I manage up to $200,000-$300,000 in financials for the house by collecting house payments, paying bills, assisting in filing taxes. This position has taught me how to lead by example, and to perfect my organizational skills, so that I may be prepared for upcoming event along with keeping track of dates in which payments are needed.
