As Manager of Molly Limpet's Ltd my role requires me to manage the daily tasks of our in-house Teams; be the first and main point of contact for all clients (whether they're theatre-based, film/TV-based, corporate or private clients); manage and build our website and multiple social media channels; conduct all market research; liaise with educational institutions as part of our Golden Ticket Scheme (internships); prepare all financial information for our company book-keepers and accountants; arrange staff wages and pensions; planning company workflow for up to two years ahead; issuing of all quotes, contracts and invoices; I created and manage the online costume hire services, in addition to undertaking all in-person fittings.Navigating the company throughout the pandemic taught me many new skills, chiefly writing applications for successful grant bids (Arts Council, productivity grant, media grants).
