Currently Support Global Services from a compensation perspective and manage all manual adjustments WW. Duties include but are not limited to the below:- Collaborate with surrounding groups to gather attainments and manually load the attainments to our compensating system for payout.- Collaborate with surrounding groups and other members of compensation team to gather WW manual adjustments on a monthly basis for payout.- Address all Global Services Compensation Claims/Disputes and work to resolution in a timely manner. Collaborate with outside groups if necessary for payout approval or data revision purposes. - Research any possible earnings/payment issues on a monthly basis- Perform Quarterly SOX Controls where applicable- Assist in system/payment reconciliation to ensure all possible payments are accurate and justified.

Currently support Account Managers in the North East region of the United States with their daily needs both internally and externally. Duties range from account/customer research to order booking/processing.
