My responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the organization, from creating proposals for events and liaising with external parties to managing logistical details for performances and events.

My duties involved learning and teaching the members the basics of choral singing and ensuring the overall quality of the tenors in the choir. Additionally, I had to lead the section by teaching and mentoring them in the new songs and during all performances. I was also committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to bring out the best in each member and create exceptional musical experiences.

I was responsible for assisting and supporting the president in all tasks needed, such as communicating with a third party, completing documents, and in planning of the yearly plan for iChoir. I was also responsible for working closely with the different departments, especially the Public Relations department, to ensure that the goals were achieved such as in the promotion of the club. Additionally, I was responsible for completing proposals, checking through contracts and reports, and ensuring all other important documents were communicated with the needed parties.

My role involved working with the Organizing Chairperson (OC) to plan the timeline, conduct meetings and prepare the meeting minutes, prepare any necessary proposals, supervise the planning and execution of the event, to invite the VIPs, and work closely with the different departments to ensure quality work.
