Nick Jacobs leads the Global Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team that manages lease and sale transaction activity for multiple domestic and global corporate real estate portfolios. He is responsible for more than 100 million square feet of transaction activity in global real estate portfolios on behalf of three dozen corporate clients. In total, Nick has managed the execution of a billion dollars in real estate leasing and sale transactions since joining JLL. He has negotiated multiple complex transactions in every major city and country across the globe. Previous clients represented include: Met Life, Ally Bank, Unisys, Shell Oil, New York Life, Harris L3, Concurrent Technologies Corp, Noveome Biotherapeutics, Communication Workers of America, Health Net, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Deloitte Consulting, & Alcoa. He consistently closes some of the largest new leases and renewals both domestically and internationally, including the top new lease and renewal in 2021 in Pittsburgh and a 750K square foot lease in Pune, India.Nick is the former President of the Leadership Board of Directors for the IPS division of JLL. He completed the Portfolio Management Certification program and served as a Mentor in the nationally acclaimed JLL Mentor / Protégé program. Outside of work, Nick serves on the board of directors of the National Kidney Foundation, helping to raise awareness among his peers. He also serves on the alumni board of the Theta Chi Alpha Beta chapter and volunteers for the Avonworth High School Band Boosters and Breast Cancer Awareness. Prior to JLL, Nick worked for CBRE in Washington, DC and was the co-founder of a Georgetown based real estate firm now known as J Street Companies. Nick is an alumni of the University of Pittsburgh and is Licensed in Va, Wash, DC, WV, and PA. In his spare time, he spends time with his family and plays the bass guitar.
