Preparing and reviewing accuracy of Hud-1 Settlement Statement and closing documents in accordance with state requirements and client instructions.Review title commitment for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for including but not limited to updating payoffs, taxes and HOASecure lender, seller and/or broker approval of loan closing documentsEnsure all funding conditions have been met in accordance with state and client instructions

● Address general questions from the floor as a subject matter expert. Provide real-time support to the entire CSR team, spread across multiple locations, in the handling of cases and questions concerning SOPs and policies.● Respond to customer escalations● Determine instances of policy overrides● Drive urgency around service levels and/or participation in channel coverage

● Coordinate program activities of programs ranging from half­-days to week-­long sessions.● Coach clients ​through physical activities, discussion, and lecture segments of each program.● Rearrange and scale equipment, personnel, and space requirements due to last minute client fluctuations.● Extensive travel experience and working at numerous venues with an ever­-changing support staff. Both international and stateside programs have necessitated workarounds for language and cultural barriers.
