I also manage the marketing budget, track the marketing costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors. Additionally, I am responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing Operations vision and strategy, ensuring that the processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data. I also strive to simplify systems and processes, avoiding customization bloat and over-engineered processes.
