Responsible for the the development of the Port of Cleveland's Development Plan and the capital, environment/climate, and asset management programs. The Port of Cleveland's capital assets included two waterfront marine terminals, a historic warehouse office building, a waterfront nature preserve, terminal cargo handling equipment, an automated ship loader/conveyor system, and a dredge processing and management facility on Cleveland's lakefront. Additional duties included the commercial scaling and management of the Port of Cleveland's Sediment Processing & Management Facility and the advancement of sustainable long term dredge material management planning for Cleveland Harbor in close coordination with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Other responsibilities included the inspection and monitoring the health of all waterfront infrastructure within Cleveland Harbor, above and below the waterline. Significant accomplishments while at the Port included the safe, on budget, and personal oversight of more than $60M in capital infrastructure investments, several successful State and Federal grant pursuits, deployment of the Port of Cleveland's asset inventory and asset management program, and the co-development and Board adoption of the Port's first ever Development and Climate Action Plans. The largest and most meaningful accomplishment was the leveraging of Port's limited resources to make meaningful impacts that have and will set the stage for the Port's next 50 years of operation!

Lead estimator and business development engineer for the environmental dredging and remediation business unit of Weeks Marine.

Managed team of design engineers and drafting technicians supporting the temporary structure engineering needs on the multibillion dollar Midtown Tunnel Project. The temporary design manager was responsible for the incoming and outgoing work products internally within the division and managed outside design resources on the project. The manager also maintained a steady design workload on top of management responsibilities.

Design engineer, responsible for designing temporary structures and construction devices for the MLK Expressway and Midtown Tunnel Expansion & Rehab Project linking Norfolk & Portsmouth, VA.

Project engineer for multi-million dollar maritime infrastructure projects along the East Coast of the United States, mainly in the NYC metropolitan area. Responsibilities included scheduling, budget analysis/cost control, estimating, work plan development and execution, and design of temporary construction devices.

Piloted emergency response vessels on the Western Basin of Lake Erie. Assisted recreational boaters in emergency and non emergency situations for a local Tow Boat U.S. franchise.

Assisted regional district with reviewing and development of plans, performing field inspections, and reviewing of contractor's submissions.
