• The Frontline Operations Experience Lead is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for the design and execution of an integrated strategy and portfolio meant to enhance Aramark core experiences through agile product.
• Engages business and Tech leaders to define frontline experience strategy, requirements and priorities and ensure alignment with Aramark's corporate vision and key strategies
• Maintains knowledge of current technology standards and emerging trends in frontline experiences, including but not limited to, hospitality, retail and food services
• Monitors industry best practices and bring relevant digital solutions to Aramark to meet the organization's strategic business needs
• Leads collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, as well as external service providers, to provide desired experience results
• Participates in the evaluation and selection of frontline technologies
