The role manages Aramark frontline experience products and features. The Frontline Operations Experience Lead oversees the product portfolio strategy for re-imagining the capabilities necessary for a differentiated frontline experience. I am responsible for development, implementation and scaling of the strategic plan for the frontline portfolio.
