Stand up brand new instance of ACAS Tenable Nessus Scanner and conduct weekly scans of the network. Making sure the servers stay up to date. User compliance, keep track of user compliance for over 2000 personnel. Stand up a new instance of Elastic server to monitor the network.

Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain military style radios, computers, and various types of communications equipment. Set up and create a network of VOIP phones and computers with secure and unsecure networks. Maintaining these networks and troubleshooting if necessary.

• Make sure servers’ security are current according to the Navy STIG• Apply Microsoft patches to keep security updates on servers current• Any issue that comes up with the servers I will either fix or work closely with another admin to fix in the shortest time possible

• Make sure computers’ security are current according to the Navy STIG• Created BAT files to make repetitive group policy and registry edits quicker• Troubleshoot problems when trying to get the scanner laptop to connect to the target computer• Assisted others in helping with issues in applying Microsoft patches or anything else they would need help with during the STIG process

• Made and tested several Ethernet cables• Used Ghost to image laptops• Helped with connecting Windows and Linux clients to the network• Assisted with teaching Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation(JCATS) operator classes

Provide hardware/troubleshooting support such as hard drive failures, port failures, bad motherboards, etc. on contract PC's and monitors at local hospital. Also staging and deployment of new PC orders as needed.

Troubleshoot servers through remote desktop and other similar programs, provide remote desktop support for better troubleshooting ability on clients' computers, and add, delete, or modify users and their emails through active directory.

The company recieved many iPads from surrounding schools to repair and hired a few people to repair them. Also reimaged Vista and XP computers.
