Responsible for the Facilities Management (FM) of all Commercial and Retail Properties by leading all FM functional teams. Set strategic directions to transform work processes, adoption of technologies to augment operations and support sustainability efforts.

Facilities Management, Security and Emergency Preparedness

1)Projects & Office Management System (OMS)- Feasibility studies and space planning- Building development and extension projects- Office addition and alteration (A&A) works- Office management system standardization and procurement- Tender / Quotation specifications, evaluation and award- Project management2) Estate & Energy Management- Manage leases, annual ground rent, property tax and utilities - Negotiate new lease agreement- Space audit- Manage energy conservation projects and electricity procurement- Compliance to Energy Conservation Act3) Fire Support Services- Manage the mandatory fire safety requirements - Crisis management and business continuity plan- Equipment Maintenance Risk Management Committee- WSH Committee and safety audit

Standards & System Development- Establish / review technical codes of practice, regulations and service performance standards - Monitor and audit licensees’ compliance with codes of practice and performance standards- Investigate major failure affecting reliability of supply and public safety- Promote best industrial practices in Singapore- Liaise with Licensees, consultants, government agencies and project team

1) Piping Department workshop and onboard installation- Overall in charge of fabrication workshop with a team of 30 staff- Inventory control to meet schedule and demand- Maintain and resolve machinery issues- Conduct Risk Assessment- Coordinate work activities in daily Safety Coordination meetings to minimize risk- Testing and commissioning of pipe fabrication and installation2) Production Planning Department - Resolving technical discrepancies in the planning stage- Weekly monitoring and reporting of production progress status- Monthly presentation of production progress and productivity to senior management
