• Responsible for the execution of capital project AFE’s up to 40MM• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Marketing, Environmental, Purchasing,Accounting and Management departments for technical evaluation of expansion projects and operational optimization• Provide design, planning, development, procurement, and scheduling for terminal expansion projects including pump selection, API 650 tank construction, P&IDs, etc.• Oversee all contractors and construction activities daily, including leading simultaneous operations/coordination meetings to ensure schedule, budget, and safety elements are in accordance with company goals and customer objectives• Conduct safety walks to ensure LOTO, confined space entry, hot work, line cut and othercritical permitted operations are being followed as per company standard operating procedures• Participate in risk assessments, PHA’s, and PSSR’s for new projects and modifications to existing assets• Develop technical bid packages for materials and construction activities for suppliers andcontractor services• Manage Avetta software for all contractors within three US facilities. Ensure current insurance certificates and signed MSA’s are current and with no OSHA recordable safety violations

• Ensure construction safety is maintained. Conduct regular safety reviews and audits.• Ensure all Contractors have been vetted and approved according to policy.• Provide support for construction requirements with Safety, Maintenance, Marketing, Operations,Environmental, Purchasing and Finance.• Assist with cost and schedule maintenance associated with capital construction projects.• Provide support to ensure projects are executed according to defined scope.• Provide construction management, planning, procurement, and scheduling assistance.• Assist with coordinate with Operations and Safety departments to ensure safety, schedule and cost aremanaged effectively.•Project budget management from design to final commissioning. • Provide support to coordinate with security department for all contractor deliveries and non-businesshour activities.• Help ensure construction projects meet customer and Terminal requirements• Asist with project cost estimates and associated drawings for approval.• Review time sheets and invoices for accuracy.• Assist with tracking project materials and ensure adequate supplies are onsite to meet scheduleconstruction requirements.• Manage contractor MSA and insurance requirements for three facilities with-in the Avetta program.

Currently work as an operator at LBC tank terminal in Houston Tx, LBC is a storage facility of chemical products. LBC transports chemicals via rail, ship, barge, truck and pipeline.
